We will return any parcel that is lost.

We invite you to contact us if the item hasn’t arrived in 5 days in the U.S or seven work days in the world, and we will investigate the issue. Include your order number and tracking number in the contact with us.

Returns and Replacements

  • If you get the wrong item or the shipment doesn’t match your expectations, just let us know and we’ll organize an exchange.
  • This will be handled after we have received and verified the incorrect product. Because of the nature of business, once your purchase has been shipped out of our warehouse, you are not eligible to receive a refund or a return. Therefore, please keep in mind that sales of all kinds are final.

Tracking your purchase

  • You can follow your order on our website and receive the tracking information you need. You can also sign in to the preferred courier’s website and track your shipment, then track your order’s status.
  • You will be sent an email when your package has been delivered that includes tracking details (if it is not mandatory). If you require assistance, please contact us.

  • It’s rare, but if you are ever in a position where your order doesn’t arrive within five working days, you’ll be eligible for immediate reshipping (tracked order only).
  • If the item was confiscated by customs officers, we can offer a refund because we are determined to ship all orders in a completely discreet way.
  • Please note that we do NOT provide a reshipping delivery service for Norway, Sweden, Finland or Kuwait
  • Due to the greater proportion of confiscation by customs, you buy through these locations at your own discretion.

Note: For more complicated products that are restricted according to specific state laws;

  • Double Vacuum Seal and Stealth Packaging for all orders to ensure that it won’t be sniffed by canines (dogs) and electronic sniffers.
  • If your shipment doesn’t arrive, we will give you evidence of delivery. You receive reimbursement; however, we offer no refunds unless it’s our fault.
  • All items are professionally wrapped in oily plastic. There is no odor, no X-rays penetrated, and it is impossible to detect using the ION scanner. It is then packed in the PlayStation or Xbox box to ensure the buyer is treated like receiving a brand-new purchased game.
