Returns and Replacements

If you receive the wrong item or the shipment does not meet your expectations, please let us know and we will arrange an exchange. This will be handled once we have received and verified the incorrect product. Due to the nature of our business, once your purchase has been shipped out of our warehouse, you are not eligible for a refund or return. Please keep in mind that all sales are final.

You may cancel or change your order from the time of purchase until the order is dispatched. A 10% fee will be charged for any cancellations.

Guaranteed Delivery (tracked orders only)

In the rare event that your order does not arrive within 5 business days, you will be eligible for immediate reshipping (tracked orders only). If the item was confiscated by customs officers, we can offer a refund as we are committed to shipping all orders in a completely discreet manner.

Please note that we do NOT offer reshipping to Norway, Sweden, Finland or Kuwait due to the higher rate of confiscation by customs. You order to these locations at your own discretion.

Notifications of Issues

We require notification within 24 hours of delivery time if there is anything missing from your order or if an item is defective. We will not accept notifications outside of the 24 hour window.

Note: Please double check that there are no mistakes in your email address, shipping address, or phone number. We do not want orders shipped to incorrect addresses or people.
